Step by Step Photo Recipe:


  • 2 chopped red apples
  • 2 diced celery stalks
  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • ¼ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup light mayonnaise
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 18 lettuce leaves


  1. In a medium-size bowl, mix all ingredients, except lettuce.
  2. To serve, arrange 3 lettuce leaves on serving plate and top with 1 cup Apple & Chicken Salad.
