Asian Salad Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder


  1. Place all the ingredients in a jar or bottle with a lid.
  2. Place lid on jar, shake well.
  3. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
  4. Shake or stir before using.
  5. After serving, keep any leftover dressing in the refrigerator.

  • Grilled or baked pork loin Pineapple chunks
  • Brown rice
  • Milk
