Backpack Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 individual container fruit, frozen
- 1 individual container 100% fruit juice, chilled
- 1/2 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
