Beef and Bean Skillet

This recipe uses the Make Ahead Beef Mix

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Make Ahead Beef Mix, thawed
  • 1 (15.5 ounces) can no-salt-added pinto beans, drained
  • ¼ cup ketchup or barbecue sauce
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder

Directions:

  1. Wash hands with warm water and soap, scrubbing for 20 seconds.
  2. Place thawed beef mix, beans, ketchup or barbecue sauce, and chili powder in a skillet on medium heat until simmering.
  3. Serve.
  4. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.

Notes

May substitute other beans.
