Cheesy Cream Soup

Servings:1Serving Size:1 bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 ounces American cheese
  • 1 individual container vegetables of choice, drained

Directions:

  1. Pour milk into a microwave safe bowl.
  2. Tear cheese into small pieces and add to milk.
  3. Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir.
  4. Repeat step 3 until cheese is dissolved in milk.
  5. Add vegetables and garlic powder and heat until warm throughout.

Notes

  • Canned chicken can be added for cheesy cream of chicken soup.
  • Onion powder and other herbs make nice additions for variety. Try thyme.
