Cheesy Rice and Veggies

Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup vegetables of choice, drained
- 1 slice American cheese
- 1 tablespoon milk, if desired
Directions:
- Combine in a microwave safe dish and microwave until cheese melts.
- Stir and enjoy!
