Cheesy Rice and Veggies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup vegetables of choice, drained
  • 1 slice American cheese
  • 1 tablespoon milk, if desired

Directions:

  1. Combine in a microwave safe dish and microwave until cheese melts.
  2. Stir and enjoy!
