Chili-Mac

This recipe uses the Make Ahead Beef Mix
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Make Ahead Beef Mix, thawed
- ½ cup canned low-sodium red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup dry whole-wheat macaroni
- ¼ cup water
Directions:
- Wash hands with warm water and soap, scrubbing for 20 seconds.
- Add ingredients to a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer gently, uncovered, until mixture thickens, and macaroni is tender -about 15 minutes. Add more water, a little at a time, if you prefer more liquid. Serve.
- Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
