Easy Vegetable Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 single serving size of corn, peas, green beans, or vegetable of choice, drained
- A pinch of onion powder or 1 teaspoon minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
- Optional: dried or fresh basil for flavor
Directions:
- Pour corn (or vegetable of choice) in a small bowl.
- Combine vinegar, olive oil, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour over corn and gently toss.
- Chill to allow flavors to blend.
