Easy Vegetable Salad

Servings:1Serving Size:1 bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 single serving size of corn, peas, green beans, or vegetable of choice, drained
  • A pinch of onion powder or 1 teaspoon minced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of pepper
  • Optional: dried or fresh basil for flavor

Directions:

  1. Pour corn (or vegetable of choice) in a small bowl.
  2. Combine vinegar, olive oil, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour over corn and gently toss.
  3. Chill to allow flavors to blend.
