Easy Vegetable Soup

Servings:2Serving Size:1, 10 ounce bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (5.5 ounces) of vegetable or tomato juice
  • 1 can (15 ounces) or 2 individual cups of mixed vegetables or vegetables of choice (peas, carrot, green beans, corn, tomatoes)
  • 1 teaspoon of herbs or spices (garlic powder, onion powder, basil, oregano, and thyme)
  • Optional: add hot sauce, pepper, or Worcestershire sauce to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine vegetable or tomato juice, mixed vegetables, herbs/spices in a microwave safe bowl.
  2. Heat in microwave for 90 seconds to 2 minutes.
