Fresh Carrot Slaw

This carrot slaw is crunchy and sweet. Great as a snack, lunch, or dinner. Serve with crusty bread or as a healthy side to sandwiches or burgers.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- ½ cup raisins
- ⅛ cup light mayonnaise
- ⅛ cup plain yogurt
Directions:
- Mix carrots, raisins and mayonnaise together and serve.
- For best results, chill for one hour before serving.
