Fruit Dip

Ingredients:
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ cup orange juice
- 2 cups low-fat or fat-free whipped topping, thawed
- Various fruits, cut into pieces (e.g., strawberries, cantaloupe, bananas, apples, pineapple, peaches, kiwi)
Directions:
- Mix yogurt, sugar and orange juice until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Serve with fruits.
