Fruit Filled Wraps

Servings:2Serving Size:1 tortilla wrap

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter or nut butter of choice
  • 2 (8-inch) whole wheat tortillas*
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sliced fruit of choice (apples, berries, peaches, pears, kiwi, grapes

Directions:

  1. Wash hands with warm water and soap, scrubbing for at least 20 seconds.
  2. Spread one tablespoon of peanut butter on each tortilla.
  3. Lay sliced banana over the peanut butter. Add assorted fruit of your choice.
  4. Either roll up tightly into a wrap or fold in half and cut into wedges.

Tips

*Peanut butter and fruit go well with all types of bread! Use this concept for toast, English muffins, bagels, or pita bread.
