Fruit Filled Wraps
Servings:2Serving Size:1 tortilla wrap
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter or nut butter of choice
- 2 (8-inch) whole wheat tortillas*
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced fruit of choice (apples, berries, peaches, pears, kiwi, grapes
Directions:
- Wash hands with warm water and soap, scrubbing for at least 20 seconds.
- Spread one tablespoon of peanut butter on each tortilla.
- Lay sliced banana over the peanut butter. Add assorted fruit of your choice.
- Either roll up tightly into a wrap or fold in half and cut into wedges.

*Peanut butter and fruit go well with all types of bread! Use this concept for toast, English muffins, bagels, or pita bread.
