Garden Fresh Salsa

Ingredients:
- 5 large tomatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 1 large green bell pepper
- 1 small jalapeño (optional)
- 1 small bunch cilantro
- 2 cloves garlic or 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Salt, to taste (optional)
Directions:
- Gently rub produce under cool running water; dry.
- Dice tomatoes, onion, and bell pepper.
- Remove core and seeds of jalapeño; mince.
- Remove cilantro stems; chop.
- Mince garlic.
- Place all ingredients into a bowl and stir to mix. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving with tortilla chips.
- Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
