Go Bananas Milkshake

Ingredients:
- 1 cup skim milk
- 2 frozen bananas, overly-ripe works best
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- Remove bananas from freezer and allow to thaw about 3 minutes. Peel.
- Place ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth (45 seconds to 1 minute).
- Pour into glasses, and serve immediately.
Notes
Possible add-ins for more flavor – cocoa, nutmeg, cinnamon, coconut flakes, peanut butter, or other fruits. Best to peel bananas before freezing.
