Honey Mustard Pork Chops

Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 (3 ounces each) boneless pork loin chops
Directions:
- Wash hands with warm water and soap, scrubbing for 20 seconds.
- Mix honey, mustard, and orange juice in a zipper bag; add pork chops.
- Rewash hands after handling raw meat.
- Marinate chops in the refrigerator for 1 to 24 hours.
- When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Transfer pork chops to a baking sheet and cover. Rewash hands after handling raw meat.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F as tested by a meat thermometer; allow to rest at least 3 minutes before eating.
- Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
