Italian Spaghetti

This recipe uses the Make Ahead Beef Mix

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Make Ahead Beef Mix, thawed
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • Dash sweet basil
  • Dash garlic powder
  • 4 ounces cooked whole-wheat spaghetti

Directions:

  1. Wash hands with warm water and soap, scrubbing for 20 seconds.
  2. Heat Make Ahead Beef Mix, water, ketchup, parsley, oregano, basil, and garlic powder in a medium saucepan over medium heat until it reaches the boiling point.
  3. Reduce heat. Simmer until it reaches desired thickness, about 10 minutes.
  4. Serve over cooked spaghetti.
  5. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
