Mexican Chicken Wrap
Servings:2Serving Size:1 wrap
Ingredients:
- 3 ounces canned or packaged chicken, drained
- 1/2 cup cooked beans
- 1/2 teaspoon taco seasoning or 2 tablespoons salsa
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
Directions:
- Add chicken, beans, and taco seasoning to a microwave safe bowl. Stir to combine.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute.
- Spread half of the mixture down the middle of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle cheese on top of each.
- Fold the wraps over the filling and enjoy!
Notes
- This recipe can be enjoyed as lettuce wraps, if preferred.
- If taco seasoning or salsa are not available, season to taste with any combination of cumin, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
