Mexican Chicken Wrap

Servings:2Serving Size:1 wrap

Ingredients:

  • 3 ounces canned or packaged chicken, drained
  • 1/2 cup cooked beans
  • 1/2 teaspoon taco seasoning or 2 tablespoons salsa
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese

Directions:

  1. Add chicken, beans, and taco seasoning to a microwave safe bowl. Stir to combine.
  2. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
  3. Spread half of the mixture down the middle of each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle cheese on top of each.
  5. Fold the wraps over the filling and enjoy!

Notes

  • This recipe can be enjoyed as lettuce wraps, if preferred.
  • If taco seasoning or salsa are not available, season to taste with any combination of cumin, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
