Microwave Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- ¼ cup lowfat milk
- Dash salt
- Dash pepper
- ¼ cup shredded reducedfat cheddar cheese
Directions:
- Wash your hands with warm water and soap, scrubbing for 20 seconds.
- Crack eggs into a microwave-safe bowl.
- Rewash hands after handling raw eggs.
- Add milk, salt, and pepper, and whisk.
- Place bowl in the microwave and cook on high for 30 seconds. Remove bowl and stir eggs breaking up the cooked pieces. Repeat, stirring every 30 seconds for up to 2 1/2 minutes, until reaching the desired consistency.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese and cover with a plate or towel to allow the cheese to melt.
- Serve immediately.
- Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
