Pudding and Fruit Parfait

Servings:1Serving Size:1 bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/2 tablespoon chopped walnuts

Directions:

  1. Heat milk almost to boiling on stovetop or in the microwave.
  2. Stir in oats. Let the oats sit until soft and thick, about three minutes.
  3. Stir in mashed bananas until creamy.
  4. Heat again until desired temperature.
  5. Top with walnuts and serve.

 

Notes

Try substituting nuts of your choice for walnuts. For an extra zip, substitute flavored oatmeal of your choice.
