Pudding and Fruit Parfait

Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
- 1/2 tablespoon chopped walnuts
Directions:
- Heat milk almost to boiling on stovetop or in the microwave.
- Stir in oats. Let the oats sit until soft and thick, about three minutes.
- Stir in mashed bananas until creamy.
- Heat again until desired temperature.
- Top with walnuts and serve.
Notes
Try substituting nuts of your choice for walnuts. For an extra zip, substitute flavored oatmeal of your choice.
