The Charger Wrap
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups cooked and chopped chicken breast
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 6 (8 inch) whole-wheat flour tortillas
- 1 1/2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 6 tablespoons diced green peppers
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 3/4 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese
Directions:
- Place chopped chicken in a large bowl and sprinkle with lemon pepper. Gently toss to coat chicken evenly with seasoning. Set aside.
- Place the whole-grain tortillas on a clean working surface.
- Divide ingredients among wraps.
- Roll each wrap and slice in half. Serve immediately.
