The Charger Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked and chopped chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 6 (8 inch) whole-wheat flour tortillas
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 6 tablespoons diced green peppers
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 3/4 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese

Directions:

  1. Place chopped chicken in a large bowl and sprinkle with lemon pepper. Gently toss to coat chicken evenly with seasoning. Set aside.
  2. Place the whole-grain tortillas on a clean working surface.
  3. Divide ingredients among wraps.
  4. Roll each wrap and slice in half. Serve immediately.
