Yogurt Sundae

Servings:1Serving Size:1 1/4 cup

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup fat-free or low-fat vanilla or flavored yogurt
  • ½ cup diced fruit such as grapes, berries, pineapple or sliced peaches. If canned fruit is used, drain it first.
  • ¼ cup whole-grain cereal

Directions:

  1. Place yogurt in a cup.
  2. Add fruit and cereal.

Notes

A low-lactose or dairy-free alternative yogurt can be used instead of regular yogurt.
