Easy Avocado Dip

Servings:40Serving Size:2 tablespoons

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped or ¼ tablespoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Splash of lemon or lime juice
  • Chopped cilantro (optional)
  • Diced tomato (optional)

Directions:

  1.  Scoop avocados out of the peels and mash them up in a small bowl.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mash and stir to combine. Taste and adjust if necessary. If
    it’s too strong, add a little extra yogurt; if it’s not strong enough, add more spices.
