Easy Avocado Dip
Servings:40Serving Size:2 tablespoons
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- ¼ cup plain yogurt
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped or ¼ tablespoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Splash of lemon or lime juice
- Chopped cilantro (optional)
- Diced tomato (optional)
Directions:
- Scoop avocados out of the peels and mash them up in a small bowl.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mash and stir to combine. Taste and adjust if necessary. If
it’s too strong, add a little extra yogurt; if it’s not strong enough, add more spices.
